A Sauna in the Land of the Golden Apple
When you take a hearty bite from an apple:

But when you’re taking a sauna: do you need to know how much your circulation, metabolism, and immune system are being boosted? And your breathing!

A healthy, vigorous sweat in a wooden sauna at low humidity. Perceived humidity is raised by pouring water out of a wooden bucket onto hot stones in the sauna oven. A session in the sauna should not last longer than 15 min.
Lastly, you should cool off your body again, e.g., by taking a cold shower. Allow your body to rest a little before the next sauna session.
Four Seasons Sauna (Bio-sauna)
Temperature and humidity are here adjusted to match the needs of the body during different seasons of the year. The sauna has a positive effect on the autonomic nervous system and over-all sense of well-being, while at the same time strengthening the immune system.
Saltwater Steam Bath (ca. 41 °C)
The warmth of the steam and finely sprayed sea salt mimics the climate of the sea in the sauna, refreshing the skin and respiratory tracts. Ethereal fragrances cleanse and tend to your entire respiratory tract while promoting bronchial blood flow.
Infrared Cabin (ca. 30–45 °C)
Comforting rays of infrared warm your body from the inside out, relieving back pain and promoting blood flow. In addition, you can freely choose between a colour, aroma, sunlight, or "sound” sauna.
