Gerti Schrötter loves cheese: Mesmerising variety, endless facets and aromas. A world filled with taste and nuances. Her favourite is “Kasus Caverna” from Capriz. Absolutely magnificent!

Ulli Rottensteiner loves wine. South Tyrol, land of vineyards, is home to countless outstanding wines, and to the people who make them. Her favourite is Cuvée Mitterberg IGT “Braunsberg” from the Zollweghof organic vineyard. An absolute must-try!

Gabriele Schrötter loves apples, and is one of the first apple sommelières in South Tyrol. A boring fruit? Anything but! With their vast variety of nutrients, wonderful aromas and tastes, apples are a true superfood. Her favourite? Natyra.

Sigrid Gurschler loves herbs. As a qualified herb expert, she believes that there are no such things as weeds. Every plant has its strengths. Full of beauty, full of power, and all-natural. Her favourite herb is the nettle, overflowing with calcium and iron.

Daniela Chisté loves beer, with all of its endless diversity, and its styles, flavours and taste potential. Her favourite? Pale Ale or Indian Pale Ale, fruity, with a touch of bitterness. Or a good lager.
