One of my many favourite wines is the Cuvée Mitterberg IGT "Braunsberg" from Franz Pfeifhofer's organic winery Zollweghof: a wonderful combination of Prior and Chambourcin vines!
"I am fascinated by the great diversity of the beer world: the different styles, the variety of aromas and the flavour potential of beer - some beers can be stored and thus, like wine, develop in flavour."
My favourite beers are:
A Pale Ale or an Indian Pale Ale. I like the combination of fruity and bitter notes.
