Cancellations

Cancellation conditions:

  •     Cancellation up to 28 days before the arrival date at the latest: free of charge
  •     Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: 40%.
  •     Cancellation at least 8 days before arrival: 60%.
  •     Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival: 70%.

always based on the total amount agreed for the stay.


In the following cases the reservation can be cancelled free of charge at any time:


  • legally ordered travel ban to enter Italy or to leave your place of origin
  • quarantine ordered by the government on return from South Tyrol without the possibility of free-testing within 48 hours


In the above cases, any deposit paid will be refunded after deduction of a processing fee of € 15,-.

Unfortunately, many things can happen before going on a holiday. Our trip cancellation insurance gives you financial security. If you arrive late for a stay which you have already booked, have to leave early or even cancel the whole trip you are subject to cancellation fees. We advise you to get a trip cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung, so that if worse comes to worst, they can take care of these fees.

The Hotel Bill

...can be payed in cash, with bank or credit card (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa), or by money transfer in advance. We inform our guests that cash payments are restricted by Italian law to € 1,999.99 per person (may be subject to change). Please also consider that, €500 bills are not accepted.

Can I book only with breakfast and what happens if I don’t want to eat dinner for one evening?

In both cases we refund you €10. You can also decide on a daily basis if you want to have dinner at the hotel or not. You should let us know by noon latest.

Is there any place I can smoke?

Please be advised that the entire hotel is non-smoking. You can enjoy your cigarette in our covered smoking area outside the hotel.

You can park your car for free on the illuminated hotel parking space. You can also park in our underground car park for a daily rate of €8.

Both your room and the common areas are easily accessible by the lift.

I have reduced mobility. Can I still come?

All the common areas including the garden and spa area are completely accessible, as well as the first and second floor. Most doors have a minimum width of 70 cm. If you do not have a suitable wheelchair we will gladly provide you with one.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are welcome but have to be registered with the hotel prior to your arrival. In some room categories, pets are not allowed, as well as dogs have no access to the indoor pool and sauna area. Dogs are also allowed only in a special part of the dining room. The daily rate is depending on size and breed between 8,00 to 25,00 Euro (including final cleaning of the room).
