We offer fixed early-bird rates to all bookings that reach us by 1 February of each year! For bookings received after this date, we apply our flexible rates system, which depends on the period requested, demand and occupancy at any given time. The same rule always applies: The earlier you book, the cheaper your room will be!

Rates are quoted per person per day, and include Wiesenhof gourmet half board, and vary according to occupancy, demand, and room category.

Rates include statutory VAT of 10%. A local tax of 3.10 euro is also applied per person per day, for guests aged 14 and over.

If you would prefer to book a bed & breakfast stay, we deduct 10 euro per person per day from the half-board rates. You are also very welcome to let us know each morning whether you would like to have dinner at the hotel or not.

3 to 6 years old: 60% discount
7 to 10 years old: 40% discount
from 11 years old: 25% discount
Special: In the suites and Junior suites, children 7 years old and over pay just half price = 50% discount.

You can pay your bill in cash, by credit card (excluded American Express and Diners Club) or in advance by bank transfer.
The limit for cash payments in Italy is currently 4,999.99 euro per person (subject to change).

cancellations between 28 and 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total reservation amount
cancellations between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total reservation amount
cancellations less than 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount
early departures: 70% of the agreed rates for the remaining days

For bookings with arrival between 1 December 2023 and 16 December 2023
cancellations up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge
cancellations less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation amount

All deposits paid will be refunded, less a processing fee of €15.00.

Your room will be ready from 2 pm on your day of arrival. Please check out of your room by 11 am on your day of departure.

We recommend booking your treatments before arrival to ensure that we can book your appointments for the dates and times you prefer. We allow for free cancellations up to 24 hours in advance.

On request and subject to availability, guests can also book a double room for single occupancy.

Dogs who are used to staying in hotels are very welcome, but must be registered in advance as not all of our rooms are dog-friendly. Your four-legged friend is not permitted access to the indoor pool or wellness area. If you would like your dog to attend meals with you, please book a table at the hotel bar in advance. Please note that 3 tables are available, for a maximum of 6 people.
Depending on breed and size, our daily rates for dogs begin at 10,00 euro for small, short-haired dogs, to 30,00 euro for large, long-haired dogs.
